Clear Communication
Clients often worry that outsourcing support will cause communication issues between them and their clients. We pride ourselves on clear communication as early as possible. We can communicate through you, or directly with your client giving the feel that we are part of your team.
Support Channels
We can work within your current support system if you prefer. We’ve used Basecamp, ProWorkflow, Asana, Harvest, Trello, and others. We can also communicate via email or text. If you don’t have a preferred method of communication, we provide a support system your team can use to interface with us and your clients. It’s called Vapor Manager.
On Demand Support
We offer both support retainers and hourly on-demand support to better serve your needs. If you’re not sure you’ll have the support demand to justify an ongoing support team, hire us on a case-by-case basis to handle your issue. We’re flexible.
